LOL..well obviously this is your first "dropped" car. I hardly scrape but scraping in a dropped car is inevitable. Just be cognizant when approaching dips and what not. Always go into it at an angle an go very slowly and you should be finehiroprotagonist2005 wrote:they group buy made it only 180 bucks and i live in so cal so the shipping was free; cant beat it.
anyway, to everyone who drives with eibachs in socal; how often do you scrape?
I noticed that even now, with just the front lip spoiler, i scrape alittle more often if i dont go in/out of driveways alittle slower so how bad is it after the springs?
They do if you get a bigger tire.dl_yeunuoc wrote:I think 19' rims would help a lot...
deflate your tires from 33 to 28. that should help out a lot, if you want more smooth then deflate them to 25psi. you'll never feel bumps. ever.imdavit wrote:man my ride is so much more bumpier now.... in ny shiets insane sometimes.
i love the look when it's lowered and the turns are amazing with the RSB.
but... sometimes the bumps drive me crazy. its really harsh here in ny.
i got them stock 2.5 tires on, does that matter? cuz if it does im so doing what u are telling me to do. btw when i say bumpy i mean its pretty bumpy =[ i really hope this fixes it. thanks mc.mcheddadi wrote:

im not sure if they did that, but ima find out tomorrow when i let em install my front/back endlinks. what does that mean anyways? cut bump stops?Voodoo Coupe wrote:also I was just currious imdavit did you cut your bump stops when you did your spring install? I've driven a ton of lowered cars on tons of different spring setups the eibac setup on our cars isnt at all that bumpy compared to most.
Speed bumps are the only time i ever scrape, and its just barely, and its only because i take the same speed bump all the time at the pub, and think i can go faster over it (meaning faster than 2 miles an hour) all the time.LongBeachCoupe wrote:I edited your title...
Ive only scraped going too fast over speed bumps.. Other than that, the bottom of my car has never touched the ground.
no serisouly, deflate them, it's pretty much the only EASY way to smooth the ride. tire wear will go up and mpg too. be warned , but since it's the stocker it shouldn't matter lol. try it out for yourselfBigDankCloud wrote:
Oh and he was joking about deflating the tires. Do not do that.
