Who's the ebay seller of that S15 who said it's regged in the US (not the Aussie guy)

There was a guy in the central US (illinoise/Michigan are I think, maybe..) He was on ebay. It was at least over a month ago and he was selling a s15.

It said it was the only legally road registered s15 in the U.S. (that he was aware of) done in an unorthodox way for some promotion of sorts. I < know > it was an s15 and it did say all of that, and it was here in the U.S. ( I'm not mistaken about that s14 which was seperate that I also saw).

At the time I didn't think I'd ever afford the s15 and I didn't know when I'd see another one (...) here. I didn't post to get flamed or something. I'd honestly like to know who the person on ebay was so I can contact him to see if he's still selling it. (I remember reserve wasn't met and his feedback was sound). If it's not, I want to know if anyone has brought over an s15 and legalized it since then and is selling.

Everything appeared right with < that > one... who's to say really... I'm not looking to be told it's not possible here because I won't pay for anything unless it's going to be legal. And yeah the auction isn't somethin I imagined, I had it on my saved bookmarks untill I lost near all of them a week ago. So it's probably still be in Ebay's cache. (although it would need an item number or be bookmarked to be found and searching completed auctions wouldn't have it in the last two weeks) .

I'ts a long shot but I believe a valid question if anyone has this seller. I realize this has been discussed before here but not this case in particular it appears to possibly be.
