Who's running an auto transmission?

Just wondering if anyone in here is running an SR with an automatic transmission. And if so, is it the SR transmission or a KA with a swapped bell housing.

This is not a "Which transmission is better %-Speed or Auto" post. Just looking for some insight.

I've been running my automatic SR redtop S13 for over 3 years now. I heard the KA transmission can bolt right up to the bellhousing. That's a cheap alternative if you blow your transmission. Mine holds up pretty good though and I'm running 18psi with a GT2871.

Tip for automatics: I disable the circuit for the line pressure (resistor by driver strut tower) when I go over 5psi using a pressure switch and simple NC relay.This enables a quicker shifting when I'm boosting.

Thanks for the info. I figured someone around here had to use an auto. Do you use your setup for daily driving or track?
