if you go to the contact tab on their site there's info on how to reach them. i would check with your long distance carrier and get your international rates to Malaysia first before making a call. I'll tell you my rate is $0.16/minute and I work for an LD company....or you can just use the listed email address, probably cheaper

yeah, i see what you're talkinga bout. they're similar but i don't think it's the same. they are the same car ya know. match em up and little things like the side markers to add up.

I'd say wait and se what their response is... Call and ask to seak to someone in their Legal Department (they won't have one). Ask to speak with the owner or the "CEO" (some kid in a basement who knows someone in Japan). Advise them they are using an image of your vehicle that was taken by you and you would like to know what they intend to do to rectify the situation. Let them make the next move.

They're probably starving, so they'll either say screw you - prove it (then you get an attorney) or they'll apologize and ask for permission (in which case you should ask for a fat discount on an engine or something).

Just for your info that if you try and sue good luck because they are in Japan and you are in the US. But yeah that definetly looks like your car and they should have asked permission first.

oh fo shizzo, that is your car! they blurred it so much it was difficult to tell until you pointed out that reflection which is unmistakeable.
