Who's got flush 8" FN01R-Cs on their S13?

I searched the mass of information already but did not really find an answer to my question. On an S13, will 8" wide+35 offset sit flush with the fenders on the front? How about rear? Phase2 recommends 7" +35 on the front. How would they sit? I don't want any spacers.

Jspec recommends +25 with a 8" rim in the front.
