Was waiting at a red light in my Skyline when a armored truck made a u-turn and rear ended me. Insurance determined the car was totaled. Have pictures if anyone is interested in seeing them.
Back on topic, my insurance company has been notified. They say they have to wait to hear that loser's side of the story, but if what I say is accurate, he could be charged (or it could be 50/50), but like everyone says, it's a he said, what I say situation.
