Who manufactured Nissan MAFs?

Just curious if anyone knows who Nissan contracted to Make their MAF sensors for the Z32? I think it was BOSCH but I could be wrong.

hitachi most of them, there were some bosh, but mostly hitachi......please correct me if i am wrong

most ive seens have jecs printed on them

with a bit of reading jecs seems to be owned by hitachi and as of 2002 has a new name
