My S14 is going away into "storage" for awhile (years maybe) :frown: , and by "storage" I mean its going to be sitting in my girlfriends driveway, until i can find a cheap way to put a roof over it.

So I want to know if any of you nico-peeps have ever had any experience with a good brand of car cover? so that i may protect my car as much as possible....

and If anybody else has any other advice as far as storage, or protecting my car from the elements or ANYTHING that'd be greatly appreciated too...

Get something that is "breathable" meaning as its not going to hold in moisture under the cover. I've seen some people cheapen out and get a "indoors" cover that doesn't do much besides keep dust off and use them outdoors. It wasn't pretty come spring time. Believe it or not autozone carries a decent cover under $100 that should last a while.

You could also look into the "inflatable garage" things... Basically, a bubble. Moistureproof and dustproof.

I saw a neat thing on motoiq last week called the car band. It acts like putting a rubber band around your car to protect it from door dings and bumper scrapes. It's perfect for holding down a car cover IMO. I've seen too many fly off when the wind picks up just a little.
