who makes sr20de itb kits?

im thinking of when i get a 240sx hatch id like to do a sr20de swap now first off what do u think would be the estimated cost to do the swap?
id also install aftermarket cams(not sure which brand or specs), upgrade the valve-train, maybe some bottom end work maybe even some internal work, and an itb setup.

who makes itb manifolds for the sr20de?
what type of engine management would i haft to use?

by the way im 15 years old but im gonna get the car next year during spring and id use my school auto shop to do the swap and all other engine work/suspension/etc.
