Who makes a better tire and who has the best deal ? (235/35/r19. i plan on stretching)

I have owned Federal and Falken tires. My Federals were fantastic. The Falkens had wonderful grip, but didn't last long. Wasn't upset about it as it was a learning process for me - you sacrifice tire longevity for grip/performance.
Lots of guys around here love the Hankook - many laud them as the best bang for the buck tire you can buy right now.
