Does anyone know who makes a really good, mandrel bent, 70-80mm exhaust system? I was looking at RSR but can't find any diameters. I have been searching through old threads for awhile now and still can't find anything! Any help is appreciated.

The RSR Exmag II has 80mm piping.http://www.rs-r.com/exmag_gt2.htm

HKS Hiper has 85mm piping and I think Apexi N1 is 3".

Is 80mm to big for a na with headers? I mean i have 2.25 now and i know back pressure is a good thing, but is that to much?

5zigen makes a 70mm exhaust. stainless and mandrel bends. The proracer spec-a which you can see from my post a little while back installed also has a burnt blue tip. With an 80, you might have a small drop in torque at the low end, and at the high end it'll pick up a little more. 70mm is a good blend between the two.

We do. See sticky at top of 240 Gen Chat.

And 80mm is WAY overkill for an n/a with headers - it's not the backpressure you want, it's the scavenging, which a too-large diameter system will reduce.
