The one I bought from them looked like it was droped off a truck, pullys damaged, metal cracked and had rtv all over the place instead of gaskets. One of the turbo's was chiped, and had a big dent in it. All the connectors were bent or broken off, I was told I was recieving a wiring harness and then called to ask about when I was going to get it and was called a lier for a week until they finally concented that they had it and did not know why it was not shipped out. I then told them this engin was not of acceptable quality and they would not take it back. In fact they said this is one of the better quality JDM sets they have seen. Just a warning. Also I would not go threw Night 7 because I dont think Cameron is an honest guy. I had a bad experance dealing with him and I dont think he told me the truth about what was going one once. You really should buy from someone you can trust or you sould see the motor in person before you buy.
It is tough nowadays especially for someone like me who lives in the boonies, but I agree 100%. If you SEE the motor, you know it is 1)in stock and ready for you to take...none of this wait months and months **** 2)know the condition and get soem face time. IF you see the motor, see them doing the leakdown test, see them doign compression, see them check the turbo, you can know exactly what is going on. If I bought anohe rmotor, I would look for importers in the SD, MN, IW, ND, UT area. Kinda out of the way but 1) The money I saved shipping it would pay for gas, etc and 2) I could see what the hell is going on. I go lucky with venus, but after seeign what happened with Nismo241, I wouldnt buy another motor off the internet again unless it was a cheap *** D16 that was liek 100 bucks
