Who is running aftermarket mounts on theri rb20/rb25?

Discuss the RB20, RB25 and RB26 series engines.

im considering getting some becasue they look adjustable, and ive been wondering if they can be adjusted or slightly modified by cutting/welding to bolt up to a vg30dett engine. just exploring my options right now, thanks guys

do you have a link to the mounts you are talking about? I've never seen adjustable mounts.

If you are going to cut and weld mounts for a swap, why buy RB mounts that are expensive as Shiite? Just fab up your own if you have the tools. Plus that motor is kind of a hog compared to an RB, but it's your project.

true true but if i have some tophat mounts i could use them as a starting point, it may be a hog of an engine but im not into handling much, more tractionless power, thats my ball game

loose the VQ idea.... my little stock rb25 has more "tractionless power" than most need....but if you are getting triped up on the mounts you may be in trouble on a few other things ahead on your project.

im taking one thing at a time, i have the wiring covered, now i need the mounting, and im going VG not VQ
