what type specifically? If its the tien basics... that's a big NOI think the rest of their coilover line up is okay... not the best, but definitely not the worst.

Whats the spring rates on them? My buddy has the tein ones that are 10/8, and I haven't heard any complaints... pretty stiff tho for a daily...

hmm... I think its listed wrong... watch, if you check out http://www.tein.com/nissan.html the ss and the basics have the same info (which i'm pretty sure is incorrect). whoever listed it made a mistake...

I dunno, for some reason, I really lost respect over tein... I'd rather get megans than tein.

anyways, for a couple pennies more, you should just get a set of hks hypermax II.

Well I have a S14 with the Tein SS coils so IDK if there is a diffrence in the ride, but I take it 3 clicks down from the highest dampening strenth (because it is customizable) and its prefect. It feels like my brothers 350z factory suspention. Very livable but also very trackable.

But I really like the Stance Coils so I wouldn't go with the Teins. They are a little more expensive but worth it.

I have some type HA on my s14, and man what a difference, not the most comfortable ride but definitely a tight ride...corners gorgeous. Plus the damping adjust ability is kinda nice to have

I am running on a set of older model HR's. Spring rates are 9f and 7r. Helper springs, pillo balls and aluminum plates all around. Non adjustable dampers though, but I preffer the simplicity of the set up. Most people dont know what to do with 4 settings let alone 32.I am presently saving up for a set of the Super Streets and the only other brand I would consider buying would be Tanabe.
