Is anyone going? PalmerWMD and I are going and we are trying to find out who else is going so we can meet up and drive together or meet there. It is Wall, NJ on saturday. Call me or Fred if you are going so we can arrange to meet up. Fred's # is 442-553-3195 and mine is 717-487-0140. Both are cell #'s and we will both have the phones with us tomorrow.

should have called!! have a good time? We after tandem round 1. Fred had to drive me home and then get back to his house, about 400 miles driving for him. Plus, that announcer was getting very annoying. He will be doing a big write-up and I have pictures to post, no tandem though, camera problems.

yeah it was definitely amazing, and the announcer was getting kind of annoying.

i don't think i've ever seen a tire light on fire from burning out, guess he got down to the fabric of it.

lot of guys around me were really bummed the gto won. i was just like, eh whatever, he's obviously a damn good driver.

favorite car there i think was caspers s14.5 so clean

Rubber does burn!! I was surprized how the drives interacted with the public. They were out with thier cars most of the time, talking and taking pictures.

As for RM and the GTO, he got beat by Conrad Grunewald in round 1 in my and many other people's opinions. Maybe more on that later!

We all need to protest for a long season and more events on the east coast!!

I was there, the Formula D guys are by far the friendliest group of drivers I've ever met. Just a shame it was so damned cold, had a headache by the ned of it all from the sunburn on my face and the shivvering and I had on layers, I knew I shoulda brought my hat and hoodie. I took a bunch of pics that are in my NICO gallery, they didnt come out all that great because i was using my camera phone. Oh and Caspers' S14.5 was my favorite car there. Just a shame James Bondurant wrecked his Skyline qualifying because it would've been awesome, he got shafted with that Lexus IS300 Road rrace car.

formula D was sick ... its too bad you missed the tandem drifting man, it was awesome... i got taka's autograph as well as wan's (the falken g35) it seemed as the field narrowed down the lighter car almost always won... with the only exception of rhys millens gto... personally i dont care for domestic cars, but i really gotta hand it to him : he can drive... i really wanted the G35 to do better but oh well... im also suprized i didnt see any 350zs drifting. of all the cars i think wanted to own the Drft s 15 the most... or maybe the sr powered rx7... it was defentally a great day... does anyone know when the next big event in the Northeast is going to be?
