I've only been on this forum and in the 240 scene for a little while, but one would have to be blind deaf and dumb not to notice a borderline obsession with all things "JDM" around here. Thanks to the US Navy I visited Japan in early 2008, specifically Sasebo and a few days in Nagasaki. I saw a lot of cool things, a definite culture shock. The Japanese are probably the most polite people as a whole I've ever come in contact with. I thought it was strange though, a country which manufactures some of the coolest/fastest cars and motorcycles, drive tiny little cars and scooters. Makes sense for them I suppose. I figured I would make a thread for those who have been there to share experiences, stories, pictures and all that.
