Thanks, but I need a running engine - Need to test an ECU.

Long story short, I promised to help a buddy (who's a competitive drifter) get his car ready for an upcoming event by testing the ECU on our RB. However, I ran into a couple last-minute snags on mine.

Would like to FedEx it to someone who can do a quick switch of ECU's and let me know if it functions normally.

Anyone that can help, PM me your contact info and I'll get it headed your way - and thatnks a TON in advance.

Sorry man, can't help you there. My injectors are WAYYYY too big to run a stock ECU.

The ecu's are interchangeable between series I and series II, so that should open up some possibilities for ya. The only real difference is in the harness and where the ignitions for the coil packs are located. If you want to send it to Japan, I could find somebody's car to throw it in, but I guess that might take a little too long for ya ;)

Yeah I've tested a series 1 ecu on my series 2 motor and it runs fine. In fact, I prefer and use the series 1 ecu since it has the dial/led setup where you can put it into diagnostic mode and pull error codes.

I sent you an email earlier about sending me the ecu to test it if you want. I also have a refurbished series 2 ecu if you end up needing one so let me know.
