350EVO used to have a race car that was around 2850 lbs, but sold it to someone.
Performance Nissan Race Team has some lightweight NA Z's
but yeah the list of stuff can go on forever...
carbon fiber doors with custom rollcage (since CF doors will not keep you safe in an impact)remove spare tire and toolsCF or fiberglass body panels will help a littlesolid motor mounts save some weightlighter crank pulleylightweight clutch/flywheellighter lug nutslight batteryremove stereo, AC, all sound deadening/heat shielding materialremove bumper styrofoam and all plastic covers in engine bayremove interior plastic pieces and sunvisors and homelink mirror (replace with normal mirror)aftermarket steering wheel removes airbagremove seat belt assemblies and go with racing harnesslightweight intake manifold like kinetix SSV or V5 plenum since it's plasticlightweight small forged wheels and tireslightweight rotorslightweight titanium single exhausttest pipeslexan plastic windowsa carbon fiber hatchcut out rear strut bar and cubby areas to be replaced with the rollcagerace seatsremove windshield wiper fluid and plumbingremove power steeringlightweight side mirrorsdrill several small holes in certain areas of the chasistake out floor mats and replace aluminum pedals with lighter weight onesremove headlights, replace with plastic or CF shellstest pipes
that's pretty much ALL you can do and if you did it all, it really wouldn't be streetable.
By the time you spent all the money to do it all, you might as well have just bought a non-street legal race car that comes standard with more power and less weight and the extra money saved towards track day consumables like tires, brake pads, rotors, oils, etc
An arial atom would be more streetable and actually street legal compared to a fully gutted race Z, and it'd cost less, be more rare, hold it's value more, cost less to track, AND still be way way faster being 1300 lbs and 300 hp
