Who has the highest mileage QX4?

I'm about to buy a 1997 QX4 with 144k miles. The deal is good and the truck seems to be mechanically fine. Should I look out for anything specific? Are these trucks reliable at the high mileage? Thanks.

They are reliable trucks assuming ( like with all other vehicles ) that maintenance has been done at proper intervals.

Not cheap to repair, but not vehicles in its calss are.Wonderful interiors!
