Gentlemen I have 294,954 miles on a 2009 Rogue, will reach 300K in a few months. Need to get Catalytic converter changed next week. I also have a bad speed sensor because three times a month my lights for ABS, AWD, VDC, antiskid, brake light up all at same time and speedometer vary, going to get speed sensors tested next week when cat converter is changed out.
This is second transmission, it almost has 150,000 miles on it, first one lasted 150K miles. I've kept this vehicle maintained well. I've done a number of things to it to keep it working and reliable... AC compressor, CVT Trans, drive shaft, numerous front end steering linkage, joints, put in OEM water pump & thermostat at 150K miles, front end hub wheel bearings driver side twice, passenger side once, oil cooler seal, CV boots, brake switch, changed out hoses at 150K, on second or third serpentine belt. Run Mobile one synthetic 5 w 30 change every 6K, I have had oil tested for break down and metal at 3K, 4K, 5K 6k, 7K, 8K 9k and 10K and found it starts to sludge in the higher range after 8K I saw 6K was best value and optimal for oil change intervals. Changed out differential oil. CVT fluid oil changes every 50K. I change air filter every 12K miles. Rotate tires nitrogen filled between 3K and 6K. Use NGK iridium plugs plugs and am on 3rd set.
