who has the fastest rb25 (s13?) car here?v.future10secs13

Wondering who has the fastest rb25 car here? Would like some direction in doing a s13 build.

My semi recent purchase of my evo x has made me want to not DD my 240 anymore... the evo is just more comfortable to DD. So with that being said I have the OK to do major over haul on my 240 in which I will be seeking mid to low 10sec 1/4 mile or possibly faster. Over a 1-3 yr build depending on how some personal stuff goes. Any advise or opinions... im sure some of you have accomplished this?
