who has put a custom subwoofer box in a 240 hb!!!!!

I have a sub box made of 3/4" mdf board and was looking to up uprade to a lighter fiberglass box, and was wondering of any body has any ideas or pics of there box to show me how they done it.

I will have (2) 12" subs and (4) 6x9's in it so it needs to be pretty big.

most of us tend to take everything out rather than put in heavier subs.
