I'm pretty sure they don't fit "stock", but has anyone made them fit? I've got a free pair of $300 alpine speakers that i want to use, so i'm just wondering if any custom setups have been done? Thanks in advance!!

I have mine in the wall behind the armrest for the rear seats. I didnt do anything to the plastic panel so it sounds like they are in the same place the 4x6's were.

you can cut the whole bigger w/ a dremel and they will fit.

my friend has his mounted in that plastic panel that fills in the gap between the rear window and the back seat. They will fit with ease and you can run the wires straight down to an amp if you have a box in the back.

I guess i could cut holes in my hatch cover and mount them there.... that might be unique, however it might add unwanted stress onto the platform.
