The 4 port and 8 port fuel rails are different from what I have been told. All the 4 ports I sold I included the lower intake manifold and the fuel rail.

rails are different,

4ports have injectors centered relative to the cylinder, 8ports are offset

Just as stated, the 4 port fuel rail and lower manifold are different.

the reason im after the 4 port setup.

dry inlet valves = fail. This is CLEARLY the reason nissan switched to the 4 port in the later years, has nothing to do with where the car was marketed, driving conditions, flow characteristics etc.

I have extra 8 port head/manifold that I may try and modify but we will see, likely more time/money involved than just buying 4 port gear.

I thought you bought a 4 port head already? I can get another 4 port intake manifold with everything if you want and ship it relatively cheap. If you want another 4 port head that might cost a bit as the Euro VS dollar sucks right now. Let me know what you need and I will see what I can do if you want

That's why I got a 4 port head as well. If I ever get this stupid thing running again, I'm gonna get that 4 port on there ASAP. I've contemplated just converting the 8port to use 8 injectors, but I think it'd be more trouble than it's worth.
