Never been, don't plan to. I like to go out, but a building packed w/ people trying to hook up isn't really my idea of fun, if I want that, I'll go to a bar

Whenever I go to a club, I dont know must be bad luck or something. I always end up in or in the middle of and altercation. So I avoid them now.

Wassup SilGuy. Holla at me. I'm located 30 minutes east of "The City". I don't go clubbin as often as I'd like because a lot of my folks don't like to either, but I'm down. Gotta ask, are you 21+ though???

No, it's not hard at all. Theres a whole district called the Castro that has a majority of the gay clubs and bars in SF. You go outside that and you have no trouble finding hetero-clubs. I must admit though I've been in a few of the gay clubs with my girlfriend (no I'm not gay) and I actually find them to be more fun than most hetero-clubs. The difference is that the majority of the people there are just trying to have a good time, not trying to hook up with everybody they see. The myth about gays in San Francisco is somewhat true, but it's nt like SF is overcrowded with those type of clubs.

240marcuSX: To my surprise...i've been here numerous times and just moved here permanently. All these times i've been here, I saw like 3 gay person(less than i've seen while i was in Iowa)...so it depends on where u go....

gniknave: Yea man....hit me up...i mean..goin to a club isn't just about hitting on girls or wutever, but i do that...haha. But its my idea of going out, having fun, drinking, girls, meeting people. However, there is a guarantee of girls tho...and thats what i like. U go to any other events or car meetings, its all guys and if its at the show, the chances are lower that u'll hook up w/ models or any girl...I live east of the city too in Hayward...hit me up yo...

yeap: Yea, its easy to find clubs here, but since I just moved here, I wanna meet more new people to go...heheh. I've been to all asian ones in the past cuz all my friends are asian including myself...haha

Twinchy: I might go to L.A this weekend actually for 2 girl's bday party.....

MaineExport: Clubbing seals..haha. There wuz news in the bay here last week about a dude clubbing a baby seal or like...slaughtering it....and they're tryin to find him/her.....is it u?

EZcheese15: Fo shizzle my nizzle...hit me up man..i love meeetin new peeps....

-]sTm[-HeavyHips: yea dude..lets meet up. could go have few drinks somewhere that has lots of girls..haha Don't have to dance..but jus chill and talk about cars or wutever....payce

As Ben probally knows here in Toledo clubbing can be hazordous to your health. Most of the clubs are in the ghetto and you will get shot doing something wrong there now.

Wow, peoples perspective of SF is warped. It's not like it's a city of gays, it's just more open and accepting than the rest of the country. Santa Cruz is the same way and it's awesome. Would you really avoid SF if you thought you might end up in a gay club?

Yeah that's what I like about SF. Very accepting city. But now if some of you guys are afraid of where you might end up in SF, you aint even seen Berkeley yet!
