Who does a good tuning?

ok moderator let me know if this goes under vehicle specific. Who is a good RB motor tuner around the south east or mid-west, ( I mean who has a dyno and all the right equipment to do a superb tune job). I am buying a APEXi power FC is this a good thing to tune the motor with or should I try and find something else?

if u buy that u can go on apexi website and it shows shops that are certified by apex to tune with it. pretty sure they all have dynos
