Who can weld?

I need my BOV welded to my intercooler pipe and Midas won't do it, Mineke won't do it, and I dont have a welder, or the ability. Can anyone help me out? It's an RFL blow off valve, I dont have a flange but it's simple to make, or just straight up weld the BOV to the pipe with no flange I dont care.

Can anyone help me out? We can work out a price if you want monies
