Whiteline spring silencers??

Just a quick question. Pdm racing is showing 2 different sizes on this product and the picture of a box the item comes in is not that informative to me. Which size should I purchase? I will be using this for Tein hr with the helper springs if that helps.

Aren't 10-13mm and 13-18mm thickness of the spring? I'd think coilover springs fall into 10-13mm, so go with 10-13mm Black Coil Spring Silencers.

Thats the piece of info I was unsure about. Appreciate the response. It seems that after the damp humid conditions we have had here lately, the rear end is a little to squeaky for my liking. Doesnt impress the ladies much either. Cool beans.
