Whiteline offer a camber kit that give 3/4 degree negative camber to the steering...I know this helps with cornering grip and it looks pretty cool but I want to know if this affects tire wear o steering in the long term.

Thanks!!

Camber adjustment kits are designed to allow you to quickly change camber back and forth between a street setup (neutral) and a track setup (positive or negative, depending on the situation). They also allow a greater degree of camber adjustment than stock suspension setups, which can help lowered cars get back to a neutral camber setting if they otherwise could not after lowering.

Having your tires constantly have camber does NOT look good (it always gives me a good reason to point and laugh) and is hell on your tires in the long run. You will prematurely wear out either the inner or outer tread on your tires significantly faster than if your car is properly aligned.

thanks...that's the kind of answer I needed...about looking good I was refering to Mercedes/BMW look on their sports cars...

I just needed clarification on what those kits do...

now I know that it's not a good mod if you're not going to race

Oh god, there's a Honda Accord, probably a '97 or '98, with 20" Dubs and waaaaay negative camber to make them fit. It just looks ridiculous.
