First off, anyone who pays more than $1,000 for a quartz watch is retarded.

Watches aren't "man jewelry", they're instruments. A $100,000 Ulyssee Nardin doesn't cost $100k because it's shiny and pretty, it costs that because it's incredibly difficult to fit an hour-chiming mechanical movement into a wristwatch.

At any rate, I like G-shocks, and I'd own one if they weren't so ubiquitous. I haven't ever seen this one before though, so I'd consider wearing it:
