white smoking and burning oil

My engine is burning oil, its a high mileage motor (205,000 miles). So my initial diagnosis would be piston rings. But... I've found oil on top of my spark plugs. All 4 of the spark plug wires are drenched with motor oil. After I changed the valve cover gasket and spark plug seal, I only found oil in 2 of the spark plugs. It may need another spark plug seal. I only top off the oil every 2 weeks, not a major loss of oil.
Basically I'm wanting to know where my engine is burning oil.

A. The piston rings
B. The spark plug seal
C. Both A and B
D. Something else

If its truly smoking white, you need to check your oil for coolant contamination... and possible headgasket failure

But, to answer your question, both A & B make sense

Compression test, if your good you should do gaskets and seals for sure. I wonder if the rear main is leaking.

Or front main, or oil pan gasket?

It could also be valve seals

Thanks to everyone for responding. I know for sure its not the head gasket. I know what exhaust + coolant smells like, and luckily its not that. Also, Its not the oil pan gasket or the rear main seal. No oil stains in my driveway.
