White smoke under car?

Just wondering if y'all had wisdom on what's causing white smoke under the car and out the muffler?

The smoke comes from under here:

I'm perturbed after buying this used and finding the floors flooded and now the smoke...

If the outside temperatures are warm and your exhaust smoke is still white, you've got a problem. This means that coolant has somehow leaked into the combustion chamber. This could be caused by a few things, such as a blown head gasket, cracked engine block, or cracked cylinder head...

Yikes, that's what I was afraid of... any ideas on buyers options if we bought a lemon?
