That sounds like a blown head gasket. Are you over heating or consuming coolant? Do you have oil look like cafe latte? Do you have oil in your coolant?

nono no coolant in oil or vice-versa. no oil leaks. pretty clean engine. i have only put about 2000 miles on it. its not sucking oil down or anything. i will look into it tho

i thought of that as well but i didn't notice any lag or power loss so i kinda scrapped that and thought it might be a/f ratio. too rich or too lean. anyway ya its a t-25. i got the whole swap done at hybridynamics in youngwood pa. they seemed to know their ****. the dude hade a rb26 in his. check it out hybridynamics.com. where and what should i expect to pay if it is the turb. thanks bro

the white smoke comes and goes. also some lady ran over top of my bumper and ripped the intercooler off twisted the core support and bent the frame. i just got done fiberglassing the new body kit on and got the frame bent back and the new support on. as far as the intercooler goes it ripped it at the rsevoir on the exhaust side. i got my uncle to weld it back together to save some dough. i started it up and took it around town. now when it reaches about 8 psi it starts to sputter and the boost bounces around. WTF???!!! im thinking its just a leak but there i go thinking again!!like i said i will be the first to admit im not the best at this kinda thing. the intercooler piping kept popping off when i get on it real hard. i figured it would create a vaccume and if anything suck it on real tight.

Thinking will hurt you. When you are in boost there is positive pressure in the intercooler system, not vacuum. At 8 psi that is 8 pounds of pressure on all your intercooler piping and couplers per square inch.

It sounds like you may have a boost leak above 8 psi and a possible blown turbo, but I am not as certain on that.

It sounds like a hardcore boost leak. A DIY test method is listed in the forums but basically you would get a pvc ind cap and drill a hole for a schrader valve (mine has 3/8npt threads but 1/4 npt is available also). Connect the pvc to the turbo outlet and press it up using a tire inflater with gauge to the approximate boost level and using a cigarette or spray bottle with windex find and fix all the leaks. The leaks will cause you to run very rich and this can cause o whole boatload of problems ranging from clogged cat to washed piston rings and no compression. With a stock turbo I do not recommend going over 13psi unless you want to buy a new one within a year.

rebuilding is not worth it. you can find good t25's on ebay for like 200.

i'd also do a compression test on the motor to make sure your headgasket isn't ****ed.
