Now that it has gotten cold in my area, I have noticed that my car throws out white smoke when cold and I dont know why. I really dont know how to describe it but it is hesitant as well, When it is cold and I am going at a constant speed it feels hesistant, and when I push in the gas it kind of "kicks" forward.....

sounds like its doing its normal warm up deal, mine is very hestiant when its cold and in cold start mode, best bet is to let it run for a few minutes before trying to drive the car.also most nissans do throw out alot of 'white' smoke on start up, its just condensation and really nothing to worry about, however when it blows white smoke when warmed up then you may have a problem.

MY RB20 when cold did the exact same hesitation thing until warm: it's nothing to worry about.

the white smoke is oil burning, it may be a problem IF after warmed up to operating temperature and you still see it...but after warm up and it went away, you should be ok. do check your oil level frequently.

I have a hard time getting into 2nd gear from a cold start, but after a few minutes its fine.

oil burns bluish, coolant and condensation are white.

Mine will miss if cold and boosting. Goes away after it is warm.
