white smoke only when started

Listen when I start my sr20det (black top) even when its warm thick white smoke with a tint of black is coming out the exhaust(if you stick your finger in the tail pipe its very oily until you drive it around the block then theres no smoke at all and the oily residue is only carbon Im not losing oil(only 1/4 quart for 1000 miles) and my antifreeze is good

help I dont want to blow this motor
