white smoke from intake, car not starting

My car is not starting, it sounds like it is about to but never starts. Just changed the timing chan, tensioner, guide, thermostat, water pump, and all four injectors. Im getting good sparks and fuel up until at least the injectors. Now my car is starting to smoke from the intake manifold(when tyring to start), doesnt smell like gas. Smells more like rubber almost. Any help will be appreciated, seeing how i have been out a car for almost three weeks and i have a job and go to college. Thanks... and if you need more info i would be glad to give you what i know.

check timing, sounds like you may be 180 out
