White smoke and no heat...

I'm not much of a mechanic but the other day my heat stopped working and a lot of white smoke started coming out the tailpipe. The radiator had no visible antifreeze in it. I replaced the antifreeze but still same issues.

It's a 1980 Datsun King Cab 2WD.

Blown head gasket?Fried water pump?

i'm gonna have to go with blown headgasket given the white smoke man.... sorry

that's what I was thinking too. I got one quote from a guy for $500-700 and another for $1100 - 1300. Man that's like buying a whole second truck.
