i'm very new to cars in general especially zs so sorry if i sound like an idiot just trying to see where i should start and where i should go i have a few friends who will be helping me do the work who are more experienced

First off sorry about formatting its a pain. ill start from the begining to give as much info as possible. i bought my z a little while back but havent driven it much as i bought it knowing it had problems to fix first. when i first got it it idled really low and would sputter until it shut off if you didnt give it any gas. i opened the iacv and cleaned its connector and replaced the battery(old one was s***) and it seems to have fixed that problem. also it has a lot white smoke that poors out when it idles and while driving it smells like fuel and when i rev the engine some fuel shoots out with the smoke. im also only getting maybe 100-150 miles to the tank. and lastly im only getting about 5-6 psi of boost. ill just list what else i can think of
-runs fine other than smoke and low psi and using a s*** ton of fuel
-no smoke in the engine bay
-i have not done a vac leak test yet i will do one when i return home in a few weeks
-do not know about any codes ive been gone since shortly after i bought it
-previous owner installed 550cc injectors, an upgraded ashspec ecu, smi, hicas deletion, hi flow exhaust, and i dont know if it matters but theres a plug on the transmission thats gone (last one going from front to back)
-previous owner also had a boost controller and tune done he took the controller out and took the chips off the ecu then gave me the chips

have you had your car looked at at all? by anyone? i would do that since it sounds like you have 2 different problems going on with the fuel coming out of the exhaust + very poor gas mailage + the white smoke. It would be best to have a technician narrow it down for you...

Or you could use the fsm to start troubleshooting. Pull the codes first though. I had a very similar problem that ended with hydrock. Very expensive lesson learned. In other words, don't drive her til you get it figured out. Definately leaning towards your injectors shooting too much fuel. But why? I dunno.

+1 to Rubyz32's advise, and I also had first thoughts of an injector that may be sticking wide open or some voltage issue there. I do believe that injectors can stick open as well as closed, and would assume that problems with them as they go bad can go a number of directions.

His best advise is to not drive it until you get the problems figured out, the results could be far worse than your current problems plus we can help you more when you have some test info and pointed questions, and can give your results of advise/tests.

I ran into the same issue not to long ago and found a bad lower injector seal was bad. Changed it out and all was good
