When I do see a few white coupe I do notice a girl is driving it...not sure why but it might be because of the tan/beige interior.

It is up to you though White is nice when you fix it right.
Ya, i'd definitely get the black interior if I got white. In fact there's no other option here in Canada. You can only get black leather if you opt for white.

I was also wondering if the white is a better quality paint. The white shows as a $300 option but Nissan's price list says $150 for pearl paint and $300 for 3-coat. Does this mean the white is by default a 3 coat?

is there a cheap way to protect it from the start? something i can do in the first week that'll save the paint for a good number of years?

I've heard of things like clearbra but worried it'll eventually peel or look yellowish over time on a white car.

Not in Canada... that's about the right price.. I got my top of the line 2009 A/C for 31.5k, including a OEM spoiler.... back to the original question, I would say go for white... personally, I just don't have chemistry with black A/C

White car is definitely NOT a chick car...as long as you don't put excessive stuffed animals in it. Once I see this blue A/C with dashboard full of stuffed animal and a dude was driving it .... maybe he lost a bet with his gf or something, I donno ~

By the way, try google up CarCostCanada, it will help a lot during the price negotiation

white isnt a whole lot better than a black car cleaning wise. When i wash my car i notice ALLLL the dirt and black specs that i wish were never there. As for keeping the paint in good condition.. i had it simonized at the dealership before i took it home, it comes with a warranty too. I have no experience with the clear bra but i also want to look into it.

For me I wash & condition my car every 2 weeks The first week I got my car, I clean the car with Meguiar's Deep Crystal Paint Cleaner and waxed it using Meguiar's NTX 2.0 Tech Wax. The wax is amazing, it's been about 4 months since I apply the wax and my car still looks very shining and dirt just don't adhere to my paint

hmm... on the 2010 model, the black will come with red leather. This could be interesting. You guys still think white with black interior is better than black with red?
