white guages

ive got a 1990 KA24E, and i wanna buy white face guages. the only catch is that i live in canada, and i have to get them with km\h instead of mph. if anyone knows where i can get some metric guages, please let me know, becuase i looove the look of em. also, if anyone knows how to dye/paint the plastic on the interior of the car, please tell.
