White box buzzing SOLVED

Ok so i didnt quite know where to put this so if a mod sees this to be in the wrong area please move it to the right area. So theres a white box above the fuse box in the driver side footwell. Im not talking about the time control unit thats below the fuse box. It has 2 bolts and one in the middle, also has 2 connectors coming out of it. Now the car starts fine, but once the car is up at operating temp 150* and i go to turn my radiator fans on the buzzing sound will start the car bogs and my lc-1 wideband gets stuck on 15.0 and the calibration light starts blinking. Sometimes just when it starts acting up if i turn the fans off the car will go back to regular but ill hit the brakes and the buzzing sound gets louder and eventually doesnt go away even if im off the brakes and the fans are off. Question is what is this box called and what is its purpose? And how do i make it stop buzzing/vibrating. All my lights work interior and exterior with no fading so im pretty sure my alternator is fine.

check your efi fuse in the engine bay...

im assuming the efi fuse is the egi relay? Becasue ive searched efi fuse and found nothing.

Kick a**, thank you carl H you are the man once again. EGI relay went out, went to nissan and got a new for $33

Hey so problem has risen once again. Even when new relays are put in the thing keeps buzzing and my wideband stuck on 15 then go back to reading right then back to 15 so on and so on.
