Whistling sound when accelerating

I have a 2015 Nissan Rogue Select and it just started making a whistling sound when I step on the gas. This happens even at slow speeds. Any ideas what this could be. The car has less than 29,000 miles on it and is up to date with maintenance.

Two things come to mind.

1. Are you sure it’s not those infernal Nissan exhaust sheilds that rattle most of the time?

2. Has any body done anything under the hood recently? If so look in that general area and see if there is a vacuum hose loose.
Whistling as you describe often is a vacuum hose that is loose or on older vehicles cracked or split. A 2015 with 29k shouldn’t have the cracked or split problem, but loose or broken, maybe.
