Whistling/hissing noise near rear of car (90 240SX XE)

Car: 1990 Nissan 240SX XEMotor: SR20DETExhaust: Stock all the way up to the catback, then its an APEX'i N1 Dual

Problem:Upon turning on the vehicle, I get a light hissing/whistling sound at the rear of the vehicle. When I depress the brake and my rpms fall a tiny bit, the whistling/hissing noise gets a bit more quiet.

Any ideas?
