Whistle/hum noise when accelerating.

So this only happens when i accelerate and dissapears about after 15mph..It is more of a deeper whistle, hard to expain. The only way i can describe it is like the sound it makes when you blow into a bottle, like a deeper whistle/hum..It sounds like its coming from the driver side around the wheel area. Any ideas what this can be?
