Maybe it's just me but I hear a whining sound coming from the drive train.
I seem to hear it more on deceleration at high speeds. What should I look for or listen to?
I have a 2008 sentra ser auto cvt trans with 68K miles mostly hiway.

Have you checked the condition of your CVT fluid?

no I haven't I'll ask the service dept to check it next oil change.
It'll probably be checked out at the 75K service.

Yeah the CVTs are quite noisy.

You can bring your car into the dealer, I'm sure you're aware, the CVT's are covered till' 100k...not a lot of customers know that when they come in.
Side note...we had an 08 Alti come in today....CVT was louder than a bad wheel bearing.
