I'm going to be putting a manual transmission in place of my auto [89 240sx]. What should I replace while I'm at it?

So far I have:

Clutch TOBpilot bushingTransmission extension housing seal

Should I replace the pinion seal in the rear?

Also, it the auto transmission mount the same as the manual?

you need a manual transmission crossmember and mount as well as the clutch/brake pedals and lines, but I'm assuming you already know this:)

Thanks. Just making sure before I buy one. I have most of the parts, however, I keep finding more that I need. I drilled the hole for the master cylinder today! I hope to have it together and moving (for the first time in 3+ years) in two weeks.
