The motor is out and have a few things planned, any advice on what else I should do while I have it out will be appreciated, I don't wanna pull the damn thing again

upgraded idler studs, valve cover, rear main, oil pan, cam seals, replace rubber half moons, oil filter tree gasket and o-ring, Replace 02s, replace knock sensor, replace knock harness, silicone hoses, water pump, debating on lightweight pulleys, downpipes, rebuilding turbos and timing belt of course since I'm not 100% when it was done last..

Delete EGR, AIV, water lines, carbon canister.

Look good? Anything else?

When you say rebuilding turbos, you really should be saying replacing chras your list looks good. I would also do the pcv relocate, that coupled with the water reroute makes a plenum pull a 15 min job.

How many miles on the motor? Have you done a compression test on all cylinders?
