My '91 is FULLY loaded except leather, the previous ownder didn't want sticky leather in the summer.

I also prefer fully loaded.... the only thing i might not get would be power windows incase of a rollover into a body of water.....

2 of my cousins died when their car rolled upside down into a slough and their power windows shorted out. :(

See, but you could hit the trunk release in a 240 if you sank...

Also, the other thing I never understood was, with enough rage you should be able to bust something and get out of there, I know I'd be raging...

And last, but definitely not least, please, please, please put what your thread is about in the title of the post. Which ya prefer is frowned upon, which do options do you prefer would be much better.

Here is where the problem came about:

1) the car rolled on its roof 2) my cousin in passengers seat was knocked unconcious 3) the car didn't fill completely with water, only enough to drown them.... when a car sinks, you cannot open the doors or break the windows until the pressure inside the car is equal to the pressure on the outside of the car.

All you would need is a crack though...with rage you'd think its possible. If I was facing death I'd probably rip the interior doorskin off, of course, who knows, I'm one of those people that I'd go macguyver and like disassemble my shifter and make a rudimentary glass cutter out of it. : ) Or maybe my ebrake lever. : )

Wow... that's actually better than all the previous ones i've seen. I've heard of someone using a screwdriver to puncture the window which would work fine, but that hammer also punctures airbags and cuts seatbelts!!

Also, the water wasn't very deep... it was just a slough in a ditch. The water was approx. 2.5 feet deep, just enough to drown a person.

ps: I put my elbow through the passengers side of a truck one night, i've still got scar tissue (it hurt, REAL bad)

Hmmm... I think I have a future investment, once I get a license, and a car...
