It shows it as being hooked to pin 113 on the ECU but the ECU pinout says that is the VTC solenoid. My FSM is retarded.

Would someone do me a HUGE favor and see which side is supposed to have +12v for me? I don't have 12v there. Thanks alot guys! One wire is blue w/stripe and the other is either brown or red maybe?

Blue/White is your 12v ign. This gets tied into other engine components that need 12v ign, like the vtc solenoid, and 02 sensor. The other wire brown or red goes straight back to the ecu (ecu uses this wire to control the aac valve)

If air regulator wasn't powered your vtc solenoid probably wasn't powered either. You may have been missing out on some power...

Eh? hit the nail on the head.

I put my new intake manifold on about 1.5 years ago and thats when the idle went nuts. I kind of ignored it until now and I tested for 12v @ the vtc solenoid and its not there. I guess since I have my harness partially taken apart Ill figure out what I managed to screw up.

Thanks guys.

Alright, I have power back at my AAC etc.. after finding the wire I snipped. I hooked it back up and I now have power back at my AAC and the other things on that branch. Now, my Idle controller is still not working. Do I need to put a scope on this thing to see if its getting signal?

I have TWO AAC's. One I thought was bad, and its very possible they both are honestly. The one that is NOT mounted on the car, I had plugged in so I could watch it and no movement.

Thanks again guys, makin' progress here!

EDIT; Does anyone know what pin the AAC is on the ECU? My fsm is wrong.
