which wire is it to turn on the highbeam?

my right headlight wont highbeam. any ideas guys? i dont know where to start

do a multimeter test. There's only 3 wires connecting to the headlight. 1 negative, 1 lo beam, 1 hi beam.

Take out the headlamps, turn on the lo beams, check the side that works. Turn on the highbeam, check the side that works.

Now you know what each of the 3 wires are.

Check the side that doesn't work - now you know if you are getting a signal to the wire or not. If you are getting a signal, it's your headlamp, if you are not getting a signal, it's your wiring.

I'm pretty sure it's your headlamp as most of the time, if the wiring goes out, both sides should... I think .
